2 parcel messups in one day

Not only 1 but 2 parcel deliveries have been messed on the same day. A overnight parcel was marked as eco on couriers guys side after I had proof its overnight and my other parcel had a failed collection because courier guy assigned the wrong driver. It's ridiculous why do I pay for express just to get this horrible service.
