10 days later and still waiting for parcel to be delivered.

On 10 September we made use of Courier guys service to pick up a parcel in Middelburg and take it to Durban, normally we are very happy with their service as a package to Durban takes 3 days, today the package is still not delivered, and they don't seem to care very much or to help!! Really disappointed
