1 start for the friendly driver, nothing for the rest of you.

We at Crediseal, a reputable company, used the courier guy for a delivery from Pinetown, KZN, to Secunda, Mpumalanga. the items were collected by a very friendly driver and taken to the pinetown branch. when my client in secunda received the contants there was not one item which was in tact, all damaged.

i decided to do a small investigation.

i called pinetown branch, no answer due to the unrest of recent. i called customer care who guided me through how the delivery went and exactly where the damage happened.

pinetown collected, no damage noted, delivered to jhb, no damage noted, contants collected in jhb by a driver from secunda and delivered to secunda. damage noted once offloaded into warehouse on 1 of the 5 items. my client collected from the warehouse to see all 5 items damaged.

after trying to get hold of JJ, the manager for secunda branch, left my contact detail for him to call back to find out what happened, he will not call back, his staff members hendrik and a receptionist were left to fend for themselves as i unleashed a mouthful on them wanted to find out who is now liable for the damages?

my client in secunda has since received an email from the courier guy to say they wont be held responsible for the damages...

i would like to know who is inface liable.

call me and i can give you any information you need and i expect someone who is very good with their customers. as i will not take an email response as a valid reply.
