0 Star Review - The Courier Guy

I wish I could give them no stars. My parcel was picked up on Tuesday. Tracking number stated delivery on Friday. When confirming with the courier help desk the address, I was informed that my parcel is being held until next week due to the address being incomplete. I have filled in my address in full as per their website (Which doesn't allow a complex addresss / Unit) In a note I stated the Unit number and complex address. I have received NO phone calls, emails or anything from The Courier Guy stating difficulty on finding the address. How was I to know they are having difficulty with the address selection on THEIR website. And the helpdesk is no help either. I wait 20 Minutes for a response on a single sentence message. Their website states 2 Business days, the tracking states delivery is scheduled for Friday. My parcel (that I paid for) is being HELD because they can't pick up a phone and ask a simple question?
