Very poor customer service. Courier Guy Ladysmith
My business experience with The Ladysmith, KZN depot. The most frustrating thing is them not answering their phone.😡tried calling for 2 days and they never answered. They collected a parcel for me put into a locker and it jammed. Almost 10 days now, I don’t have my parcel, a week ago they promised techies are coming from Durban to repair, I guess they coming via China. 😡
