The Courier Guy Ballito. Shocking service!

On two separate occasions I have tried to connect with The Courier Guy, Ballito ***a WhatsApp as per their website. I first had to submit my name and contact details. Then I’m asked what my query is. I send it. I receive a message saying “We are connecting you to one of our consultants now” And no one answers me!!
