Money deducted but no service received. Promises made to pay money back, but nothing received

On Jun 24, 2019 I tried to make a booking via the Courier Company's website for an item to be couriered. I got to the payment screen, put in my credit card details and the money was deducted from my account. On routing back from the payment screen, the website threw an error and then there was no evidence of my booking even though the amount was deducted. I first struggled to reach the Courier Company as their phone number is not operational and no once rep**** to my email. Only when threatening with Hello Peter did I receive a reply. I sent them proof of the money deducted from my account and the last communication I received was 27 Jun to say they will revert soon. I have followed up twice since then, but no reply received.
