Horrible Customer Service

I've used them before and they would collect within an hour after booking & payment. They would let me know when they will collect and delivery time was within 3 days. This time I did not hear one word from them, not to say that they've even received my booking or when they will collect. I tried phone and email them numerously without success. I eventually booked another courier company the next afternoon as the parcel had to be at its destination 5 days later, which was now 4 days. Unfortunately TCC's partner with whom they work pitched, just before the 2nd couriers I booked, arrived to collect, and I gave them the parcel and it was delivered late, which caused great inconvenience and extra costs. Even until now I've not had any communication from Courier Company. Terribly customer service. I've googled and found the complaints of many unsatisfied customers. Needless to say I won't make use of them again!!
