Disgusted

I am absolutely shocked and saddened by the absolute lack of service or care for customers. Four days wasted waiting for a collection, A 15 thousand rand order cancelled because of them just not pitching up. And not one call or email from their side to let me know ANYTHING. Unbelievably bad service. And after a week still asking for a refund. Not even fighting cause no one to fight with because no one gets back to you. I don’t even know what to say. I am just shocked.
