Damaged Package

Bad very very bad, they don't even deserve a whole star. I arranged a package to be picked up with gifts for my Granddaughters. Churchills International picked the package up and the whole package was damaged, even the bag with fabric on the inside was torn open. The toys looks like someone drove over it or something and the box and the waybill was marked fragile. There phone does not work, the line just drops and they do not respond to any emails at all.
