1 hour and still no food

<p>2 of us came in to eat on a Sunday. After 25 minutes of waiting for our meal they came to apologise and said it will be ready within 10 minutes. After 45 minutes we were ready to leave as we had told them that we are in a hurry. The manager came and made me sit down. She apologised for the delay and said that the meal is just being plated and that it is all on the house. We sat a further 5 minutes before realising that we were not going to be getting a meal. I confronted the manager and she said that since we were in a rush she decided to cancel our meal. I think it was very rude of her since she knew we were in a hurry and she made us wait with a lie.</p>
