POOR customer service and non delivery

<p>I can't really comment on the condition of my couch as I actually haven't received it yet. According to the sales consultant my couch should have been completed within 10 days of receipt of my deposit paid. I paid my deposit on the 11th of June. On the 22nd of June I called the store to inquire when my couch will be delivered. The sales consultant informed me that the consultant who had helped me was unfortunately busy and would return my call when possible. My call was never returned. I called once again on the 23rd of June and once again the so called consultant was busy, but as I demanded answers the alternative consultant tried to assist and informed me that my couch would be completed by the 30th of June, 7 days after the delivery date. When questioned as to why my couch was late she just said it was policy, but wasn't able to provide documents stating such. Today i tried to call once again in order to inquire about the delivery date. Once again my so called consultant was busy and would called me back regarding my issue which again didn't happen. WHEN WILL MY COUCH BE DELIVERED???? It is past the claimed 15 working days since the payment of deposit and yet no couch.</p>
