Pierre Cardin bag

I bought a bag about a month ago at The Couchman in Gateway. I payed R550 for it as it was on special. 3 Weeks later my zip broke, I dont understand how can it break after just 1 month, Pierre Cardin bag! So i took it back and they told me that it would take them 6 months to have it repaired. I asked them why does it take so long. I was told that it has to go back to their supplier... No ways unless their supplier is in China! I will never ever bye anything from this store again. I thought they sell genuine products but NOPE ALL ****.
