Failure to make my orderd couch the British combo

<p>Am totally disgusted by how The Couchman company treated me and my family. They do not regard customers at all because apparantly they have a lot of customers therefore to them who goes goes. I ordered a couch on the 8th of September and i was promised definately i will have it within 15 to 20 days. I called on the 15th day and the Lady Patricia was rude to me and said " its not even the 20th wat wat. My hubby had to chip in to try and communicate but those pipo s PR is jus disguting. The 20th day came and the called early morning to apologise that the couche wasnt ready and they dont even know or have an idea when the couch will be ready. We had to ask and push for a refund and be a little bit pushy to get it. I sold my couche and been waiting for the one i had orderd but end of the month i got nothing. I had paid my bill in cash 10100. Got the refund back... no apology no what. Totally disgusted!!</p>
