Unreliable and *************.

The Couchman Retailer is unreliable and *************. I visited the store on the 30/06/2020 and deposited for a couch. Their websites terms of sale initially stated 4-20 days waiting period.

I have spoken to Chris, I think he’s the owner and Tsholo, both can not provide confirmation of completion.

Today when I look at their website their terms of sale is ironically changed to 4-40 days waiting period. I have not received an apology or confirmation to this minute.

Anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company, be sure to think twice. Calling and following up everyday with no feedback is ridiculous.
