My daughter showed me some pics on 15/09/2019 online at TheCouchManRetailer. On 16/09/2019 i contacted them on whats-app as per the adverti*****t. I sent through a pic of my requirements and the chat went on. I was promised delivery 17/09/2019. I was very happy. I was browsing through the website and read statements about the company. I sent messages on whats-app and told the person of my findings. This person told me I would get my couches as promised. As promised my couches was delivery on the very same day. Perfect workmanship and believe me it was a bargain cause I was shopping around for the same product and it was R5 000.00 more. I also paid for my couches on delivery. I have learnt one thing people have different experiences and can really defame and complain about a company. I will refer The Couch-Man Retailer to anyone and everyone. The staff that spoke to me was very friendly and provided service with a smile. I will be shopping there for any other of my furniture that I purchase. Thank you to the staff. Regards Jay
