Bad driver and consultant

The drivers are not serious about thier work or even thier duties! For two days in a row the driver calls me and tells me I stay far and should meet in town then he tells me he doesn't have Petrol. I then report him online and all they say is it will be taken to higher management. This is poor service drivers should know that once the parcel is out for delivery it should be delivered without any excuse.

When you report the driver they must take serious action like asking you for full details of what happened. I am disappointed in the way they handled the matter and the driver. It's not my fault that I stay 60 km away from Tzaneen.
