No delivery

Ordered flyers for printing. Printer gave to couriers who were supposed to deliver the same day. No delivery and when I call back they say they dont take responsibility for delivery.<br> <br> Advertising from them promises 4 hour turn around.<br> <br> They say their courier picked up in the morning at 11, all day no delivery. I spent over 2000 rands.
