PRICING CHANGE

A product was advertised online for R19 999.00. Drove to the shop and paid the R19 999.00 and delivery was promised to Durban. 3 days later a call is received saying that unfortunately the pricing was incorrect and have to pay almost R5 000.00 extra. They will either refund the money or we have to pay the extra to have the goods delivered. The order was accepted and a cash payment was made. Whether an error was made on their adverti*****t or not. The fact is that what was advertised is what was paid and accepted and promised. Calling the shop - you get disgusting service and basically get told to take it or leave it. Someone is now not receiving their gift because of incompetence.
