Bad service

Service was poor - we had to go fetch our waiter the whole night, we waited for our food for almost 2 hours and it was cold when we got it. It was loadshedding so we couldn't order pizza yet burgers seemed like a great idea - it wasn't. Half an hour after we've ordered our waiter told us that they're out of buns so we said we're fine with only the beef or chicken fillet. All the tables around us who ordered after us got their burgers BEFORE us WITH buns. We told 3 other waiters that we've been waiting a long time (our waiter was no where to be found) and then after we spoke to the manager the food finally came. We got our food after the kitchen was supposed to close (around 21:20 and we ordered 19:30) and we had to rush and be fine with the cold food to get home before curfew (lockdown). Get this we paid the full price of a burger yet we only got a patty/chicken fillet. I was so disappointed, because I used to love Copper Club. Never going there again.
