The Cool Guys are ****mers!

Bought an inverter + batteries from them that included installation fees and a year warranty on everything. (which we've learned we were overcharged for as well!) Got it installed by their appointed electrician and was promised a COC right after.

It's been nearly a year and still no feedback from them. We've now asked a second opinion from a certified electrician to inspect the cable setup and it turns out, almost nothing is compliant and could potentially become a fire hazard.

I will not do business with these people again.
