Inverter Installation done badly and inverter not working

******* Installation of Inverter and inverter not working since installation. I purchased a 3kva inverter last year in July from Njabulo Africa. (The Cool Guys)The person I dealt with is Zaheer. In August I requested a quote to connect the inverter to my db. I received a quote for almost R9000. The installation was eventually done after a lot of excuses and missed appointments. System was working fine. I then started having problems on 23 November 2022 with error codes and the unit shutting off after 1 HOUR 20min. After many whatts app messages and calls the unit was replaced on 1 December 2022. On 16 February 2023 I had to disconnect the unit as it was faulty and was not giving power through even the grid was on. Had to unbridge wires in the DB. No switch over was installed as quoted origonally. Units was returned to them on 19 February 2023. Various messages and phone calls later the unit was repaired and returned to me on 19 March 2023. I reconnected the unit. Unit was working. I had an electrician come and fit 2 geysers timers for me on 4 April 2023. On opening up the DB board he called me and showed me that there were 2 supplies in the same db board. This is not allowed. He rectified the installation for me by installing a seperate db and change over switch. The cost for.the new installatiom another R10460 for my account. Anthony who insstalled the unit is not a qualified electrician. He was reckless and could have caused serious damage to property and people's lives due to the short cuts taken during installation. All working fine. On 5 May 2023 the unit came on and cut out immediately. Error code 58. Reset the unit same problem. Sent Zaheer a whatts app message and video showing the problem. His reply was he will get back to.me on Monday. This unit has never worked properly since the installation. I have now been patient enough. I said to Zaheer that I want my money back and I also want the.money back for the installation which was done in an ******* manor.
