Disappointing service

On the 15th of January 2024, I placed an order with The Cookie Chef (Instagram handle : https://www.instagram.com/thecookiechefsa/) for their Valentines collection. Valentine's day passed and on the 19th of February, I enquired about the order. The owner apologizes and offers to make a batch of custom sugar cookies free of charge. I accept and 2 months go past and nothing comes of this. I message again and ask for a refund and they agree. However, its been just under a month and nothing has been refunded nor any further response.
