4 visits 3 bad experiences. No reaction

I gave dined at the Conservatory 4 times. The 1st time I ordered rack of lamb at R200. I got 3 loin chops the size of a R5 coin and cold. I sent my meal back. The service was really poor and we were told that staff were in training.<br> The next meal was an apology invitation and was good. The 3rd visit I was charged for an extra bottle of wine. ( there were 4 of us and we had 1 bottle) my complaint was heard and I eventually had some reaction. <br> My last visit was on 15th December. We and our friends were celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The service was so slow that we had to call the manager who explained that they were training staff<br> The pity is that I had a really good meal when it arrived but I got so frustrated that it spoiled everything. <br> The price is about R750!per couple so not cheap<br> We and our friends love the restaurant ambience but the SERVICE!!!!!
