Bad customer service and non delivery of orders

It's almost two months since we paid for signage boards, it's well over the turnaround time that was indicated on the invoice also. We keep on calling and getting promises that they are coming the next day with no show or communication from them whatsoever. We get the same attitude and promises from the owner himself so we really don't know who/where to go to now.
