BAD SERVICE

I purchased a vehicle cash for R109, 995.00. On top of this amount I paid R2000 extra for Licensing & Reg, plus I paid R7,495 for Warranty which totals to R119,490.00.<br> <br> Concern No 1: <br> I was asked to go and register this vehicle myself (despite the amount I paid upfront) and I will be refunded the money I spend and to date I still have not received not even a cent of this money. <br> Concern No 2: <br> What exactly does this warranty cover? On the 01/04/2015 Four months the car gave me a steering lock problem which had to be replaced and caused me a total of R10 262.10 to replace it and the warranty people didn't want to pay for it. Bear in mind, the car at that stage was still under warranty and no one from The Company Car could help me with this problem, no one could be bothered. To date I am still having issues with the car and struggling to get the warranty I paid for to assist with these issues I have regarding the car, I paid for that warranty after all upfront.<br>
