Colour run 2018 - Refund

REFUND - Colour Run Pretoria on 21 July

My family and i attended the pretoria colour run today. What a total and utter disssapointment.

The entry fee is pretty steep for what you get,but i attended 2017s colour run and thought it would be as good.

Firstly, for the kids not to get a goody bag is awfull. They also pay a fee and should be regarded as part of the fun as well.to give mommy and daddy a bag and kids nothing will loose you future entries. This is a family event and should be treated as such. The kids matter too.

The venue and spesifically the route was horrid. The route marshals were more interested in chatting than actually regulating traffic. Which was very needed as the route was in very busy streets and intersections.not a good decision.

The route was dangerous and we were almost run over by cars a few times...definatelly not a relaxing walk.

We were the 3rd group to start and literally only the first stop had colour. Next 3 shoots had NONE.people were rolling in the floor to get coloured..what is the point of a colour run without the main ingredient? Very dissapointing!

Then at the one and only waterpoint we had to dive for water saches that have not been punctured by the ice.which was not alot.hidration is very important for and event of this nature.

Not a good experience at all and a waste of very hard earned money.

I woul like a refund.
