Cold coffee and bad hygiene

Have just had the worst experience at a coffee shop and for grandwest. Ordered a regular cream cuppuccino and received a mega. When telling the waitress that's not what I ordered she argued with me. Anyway I received my regular cuppuccino with a dirty teas**** and my cuppuccino was ice cold. Really bad service from the waitress as well. Don't even know her name, no friendliness or customer service.
