poor delivery service

<p>I placed on online order through the website and was excited to recieve my coffee mugs. the receipt of order said it would be delivered to the adress i required it also said i would be notified when my order would be on its way so that i could track it. However this is not at all how events panned out. two days before delivery i phoned the shop and i was ascertained everything was in order. On the day of delivery i did not recieve my notification and hence phoned the shop to enquire the status of my delivery once again i was ascertained that everything was in order, and infact the driver took it with him the morning. At 18H00 with still no delivery i once again phoned the shop and this time i was told they do not deliver to my area and that i could either fetch it the next day at a random business close to me or they would have it posted for an extra R100.</p>
