The worse service

The Coffee Lounge @Crystal Towers

Two Saturdays ago I called to book for the Sunday. The whom I spoke with at the coffee lounge told me that there is enough space but the lady who does the bookings is not at work!! Last week I called for an event at the lounge and I spoke to the lady (Melinda) who does the bookings. I then gave her the date of the event. She replies by saying well at least on a Sunday, but I must send her the e-mail. Ive send the e-mail immediately and after a week still waiting on a response. I have contacted a few other hotel in the meantime and got immediate response.

Their service at the coffee lounge is pathetic !!! horrible !!
