Pathetic service

The service is bad and so so slow Waited almost an hr for 4 toasted sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was not the bread that was requested and the it didn’t look like a toasted cheese sandwich. The presentation of the sandwiches were disgusting. The owner refused to come and see us , she hid in the kitchen all the time. The ambiance is gloomy and cold. We were only 4 people in the restaurant at the time so there should be no excuse of time delay. We asked for certain things in the menu which they didn’t have. This business is run very unprofessionally , no experience in the hospitality industry . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Pathetic pathetic 👎👎👎
