Steak not done by perfection

We order 3 x rump steak medium to rare. Two were medium. I ordered the steak Schwarma and replace the chips woth veggies. When the order arrived it was still served with chips. We were a table of fove so rather keep quiet not to embarrass the members at the table. The chicken schnitzel was excellent The fillet steak of the Achwarma was perfect and tender. A pitty that the order was not exactly grilled as ordered. Maybe because the restaurant was full and busy on the Wednesday evening. .
