A close family friend of ours has a property being managed by The Cohost collection and all I can say is that i have heard nothing but good things about them. The owner has a lot of peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of with the utmost transparency. They make sure that the process is seamless both for the guests and the owners. They offer transparent, reliable and a professional experience for all parties involved. Our friend is also included in the apps which puts them at ease as they can see everything happening without having to get involved. A friend of mine owns a property on Airbnb that is managed by The Co-Host Collection and all I can say is WOW! Owners get to experience such peace knowing their apartment is in great hands.
