Incredible service!

I just had to make it know the incredible service i have received from Cloud Lounge, more especially a lady by the name of Nadya Joubert. She has been phenomenal from the get go. I was getting an error when placing an order online. I sent an email to Cloud Lounge and within minutes Nadya responded and assisted me instantly. Going above and beyond. When i received my order, it wasn't quite right, even though i got a little something extra which i was amazed at, and i emailed her. Again within minutes she responded and apologized profusely for the mix up and said she will courier the correct contents. She promised that she personally will check that the order is packed correctly and send it overnight. I am amazed! The service she has given me has been incredible, and it is not everyday that you receive service like this. Well done Nadya, and Cloud Lounge, she is a keeper of an employee! You definitely have a loyal customer just for that! :-)
