Refuses to Refund

On 28 June I ordered 2 items, 11 July I realised nothing was delivered. I then enquired via mail. They responded saying their was a system error and 1 item was out of stock. So at this point in time someone is mailing me back and forth asking if I want a different item. I said no I want a refund. Wow the moment I said refund everyone vacated the building. From then on there was no communication after countless emails daily. Eventually someone responded with "send bank details" which I did. I'm still waiting for my money R440 to be exact. It's now 3 August. And no one has responded or dealing with the issue. I WANT MY MONEY.
