I have purchased items and the sizes was too big. I sent a email within 48 hours and requested a return on the 07.11.2022.After many messages and emails,on the 09.11.22 I was sent a return exchange form. It was completed and sent off the same day. Its now the 21.11.2022,still no response. My emails and messages are being blatantly ignored. I find that this company is very ready to assist to add to your order etc, but refuses to respond on returns, No after sales service whats so ever. I will never support Clothing co again as they lack profesionalism and morals. There is no contact number nor can one post a comment on their instagram page.aThisnin itself says alot.
