Bad service delivery

What poor service. The skirt I ordered was incorrect, I have tried in numerous occasions to contact them and have been unsuccessful. I want a refund in my order but this too will clearly not happen. They have now blocked me on there fb page and have not had the decency to contact me. This is unacceptable and they should be named and shamed.
