Bad service and policies

I purchased a coat from the clothingco. SA following their sizing chart. When I received my package it was 2 sizes to big. When I emailed them to enquire about exchange policy they argued that their chart is accurate and they do not exchange. This is very sad. What about the consumer protection policy. They are unsympathetic and unreasonable. I will not recommend other people to buy from them because their clothing chart does not match the normal SA sizes.
