Bad quality and service

Very poor service, any questions asked are not addressed, ordered two coats, the coats do not even look like the picture being advertised, the quality is awful , trying to contact the company over a month and they ignore every message, email and comment on social media posts, they the reason online businesses can't succeed as they give them a bad name
