Shocking lack of service and honesty

The clock shop lost my clock and then kept telling me stories about sending it to another horologist (That I never authorised them to do at all).Then he wouldn't give the clocks back, I had to finally get my lawyer involved who couldn't get anywhere with their lawyers, then they said the clocks had been ******. Then they were going to import a replacement clock for me, but that got rejected at customs? Finally 19 months after I gave them my clock they found it on a shelf in their store and had never been touched as far as I could see. Most disgusting service I have ever had, and through all of that I never received a single phone call or email from them, I only go information when I called them over almost 2 years! I will never recommend anyone I know to use their services.
