Very unprofessional - would not recommend

I would certainly NOT recommend Gali and her business The Cleaning Team. She is very unprofessional in her dealings with clients. After a disputed payment, one of her domestic worker staff informed me that she was not getting paid wages. She completely disregards the simplest requests when it comes to communications with clients and seems to lack proper administration systems for billing and receipts, and fails to take accountability for errors. The basis of her business is to relieve the administrative and legal burden of hiring domestic staff, and my personal experience has been the complete opposite. It has been one of the worst (and most stressful) customer experience I have had in years. I feel for her domestic staff.
