Appaling service...

Despicable service from the cleaning team...owner was extremely rude when I complained about the bad service..I sent messages to the owner 1 week after the cleaning appointment asking her if they don't do follow ups to establish if work was done properly by the ladies that she dropped of at my house..she said it was my responsibility to contact her if I wasn't happy....
