Terrible Customer Service/Communication

<p>My wife and I have had endless issues with this company regarding their customer service, espcially in their attitude and communication with us.</p> <p> </p> <p>· There have been repeated instances where we have called to request a cleaning lady to arrive on a certain date and management has failed to arrange for the lady to arrive. On one occasion, my wife called to confirm and re-confirm, yet the lady still did not arrive. This causes havoc on the planning of our personal lives and cannot continue. My wife has cancelled appointments and missed lectures while waiting for the cleaners and has made special efforts, under immense pressure due to her studies, to prepare the work for the ladies, only for them to not arrive. We estimate that one in three cleanings are missed without informing us.</p> <p>· The staff that pick up the phone are often rude or sound completely disinterested. They usually sound like they do not know what is going on or they don't know how to handle the most simple of issues. They routinely promise to call us back, but never do so. On the last occasion, the person actually hung up on my wife when she wanted to know the status of the cleaning arrangement.</p> <p>· We paid up front for the second month of cleaning, as per the contract agreement. We find it unacceptable that we only learned that the cleaners are not available in December when the cleaner did not arrive for the scheduled clean. This is the epitome of lack of customer care. We cannot feel secure that any promise made on your part can be re**** upon if this is the kind of communication/notice we are given (even after we have paid).</p> <p>· Even after acknowledging that a cleaning lady SHOULD have been sent, no one has ever gotten back to us to arrange a catch-up cleaning.</p> <p>· After contacting the cleaning staff, they say they haven't even been asked to resume work yet.</p> <p>· More often than not, phone calls and messages are never responded to at all.</p> <p>Even on occasions when the cleaners do arrive, they are always late without any communication whatsoever.</p>
