Appreciation and encouragement

I would say the guys produce good quality they deliver just like the pictures they post however I would like to encourage them to communicate better in case of delays I was a day delayed but I had to call them to know they will make it the next day. It would have been better had they called before I did. Can’t the communication quality please match the build quality thank you !!!
