THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE CITY CLUB IN WOODSTOCK.

i booked a room under TAAHIRA SALIE for newly weds (my brother and his wife), wedding night - Zunaid Taliep and Layyaan Mitchell - for number one the communication sucks - they were told on the day - upon check in only that the key needed to be collected at the head office, this should've been communicated with the confirmation of booking and not on the day of check in - it was their wedding and who was going to sit and check emails at a wedding? number 2 the room looked nowhere near the images on booking website - the shower never had a door and looked as if it was broken with glass edges remains, what if one of them fell and got seriously hurt - the pool was dirty so what was the point i booked a pool view room if they could not make use of the pool because it was dirty - the bed had 2 pillows and not the 4 as displayed, the pillows was flat and the room was nowhere near to what i requested as i requested special treatment request for it being their wedding night. ONE NIGHT THEY WILL NEVER FORGET - I FEEL SO BAD , UPSET, DISSAPOINTED AS I FEEL LIKE I SPOILT THEIR WEDDING NIGHT - A NIGHT THEY WILL NEVER FORGET. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL I COULD'VE BOOKED A NORMAL ROOM AND NOT A POOL VIEW BECAUSE THEY HAD NO PART TAKE IN THE POOL - HOW DO THEY ADVERTISE A POOL BUT IT IS DIRTY, UNACCEPTABLE - I then called on monday and was told to whatsapp my complaint through - i did that and to this day WEDNESDAY no feedback received - i then called through again now and spoke to a guy named ABONGWE (i could be wrong with the spelling of the name but thats what it sounded like) and the guy had such attitude and expected me to explain my problem to him again after i already spoke to somebody on Monday and they told me to send it through via whatsapp - i told Abongwe to check his Whatsapp as i will not be explaining myself again - he said his very busy and if i don't explain my problem then he wont help me - so as i was responding to that , he cut the call - what type of customer service is this? I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER IF THIS IS NOT URGENTLY DEALT WITH BY THEM - I EXPECT MY FULL REFUND BACK BECAUSE EVEN AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY ARE SHOWING NO SYMPATHY TOWARDS ME AND NOT WANTING TO FIX THIS. If i have a look at the other reviews I can clearly see everybody has gone through the same issues and nothing has been done about it that is why they think they can treat their customers how they want.
