This place should not be allowed to continue running.

THE WORST PLACE TO STAY AT !! The staff members were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, they were talking amongst themselves about other people that stayed there and their complaints about the place. Not to mention we had to find our room on our own as the staff did not even show us where it was. There was no toilet paper provided and the towels were also only provided later in the evening, there was no shower curtain so the shower water wets the whole bathroom. There were countless ****roaches, and there were insects or bugs things on the towels provided as well. The noise from other rooms and the neighbours until 2 am is unacceptable and it makes it extremely difficult to relax. The door to our room could not even lock properly, the lock and handle were both loose and not very trustworthy. We were too scared to unpack our bags as it felt like our things would be ******. When I went to complain about these issues the staff had nothing to say at all and when I walked away they mumbled a little "sorry to hear about it" but did not care to fix anything. The people who are allowed to come in and hang around this place do not help the place at all as they all look like they are homeless by sleeping on the couch in the "lobby" where people are walking in. They make it look like a ***** house. It is pathetic that we are not allowed a refund or any money back after the disgusting stay we had. Even when we had to find another place last minute on our last night as we could not stand to stay there any longer. I hope Booking.com removes this place from there website.
