What a very very very poor services, from unfriendly stuff that is *********** to the poor manager that has not been available the whole ****en day. We were traveling all the way from eastern Cape to this ****en place and we're only told that we can check in at 3 without even bothered to hear what we were saying or our request. The stuff didn't even bother to greet us as if they were doing us a favor, no hello no nothing, they have busy the whole ****en time on their own personal phone without offering great service to clients. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend anyone. No one showed us our room we had to go the whole building looking for ****en room number. Your stuff is *** and BULL****. Your business is going down the drain of you treat people like this mother ****ers.
