Horrified experience

Dont normally do things like this, but feels like warning others not to make the same mistake i made with my family, we needed a place to stay over the past easter weekend and i knew from the get go it was going to be challenging from the get go to get a place in such short notice, when this one pops up available at city club hotel, at 1 on albert in woodstock i immediate went and book and there was know time to check reviews, only looked at the pics and looked good, but my experience was horrified to say the least, including my partner and 2 children, except for the microve not working dishes sticky dirty curtains, people smoking some sort of **** as it smell when walking down the isle to your room and young children running up and down drunk with alcohol in their hands, we could not sleep because of whatever insects where biting us, after i was complaining to just get another room or whatever because we wont be able to sleep, their was know reply after that, after bookingout early the morning because we could not stay their any longer, after little to know sleep they didnt even show much interest of my complain and i just left very disgusted, while just writing about this experience i am icthing, use dont use just a headsup so know one else will go through that hell, would post pictures of how my partner and our two babies was bitten up to their faces as evidence if i knew how.
