ACCOMODATION ********

I am totally disgusted that a place of accomodation does this kind of false advertising. I made a booking through booking.com four days before i had to go to Cape Town. Place looked great on site, but was a complete and utter dump when i got there. I was supposedly going to have a room with a balcony and bbq and spacious bathroom. what a joke!!!! i was taken into the back in a dark and dingy room that was dirty, had no bedding on. a toilet and shower (in one...no doors anywhere) I felt extremely unsafe, the person i spoke to was not helpful at all in trying to rectify the matter and just said i must deal with booking.com. I left, trying to find new accomodation. Then i had to pay way more for accomodation than i can actually afford, as it was last minute and most places were full. I have sent various emails and have had no response from either city club or booking.com

I demand my money back PLUS covering the excess i had to pay on other accomodation that has fallen way over my budget due to both booking.com and city club deceit.

i actually looked at another place on booking.com (1on Albert) and drove past it on the way to city club...that place is completely empty and vacated. ANOTHER false advertising on booking.com

i will never use them again and expect a full refund plus more from them. I have attached links to these places and have got photos of how it actually looks.
