Cancellation of Subscription

I have been trying for almost a month now to cancel the subscription I got for my Father due to poor service and poor delivery, I was first dealing with Susan Masimola and the papers were being delivered irregularly then I wanted to cancel I was referred to Randall Kistasamy, I sent through all the required documents and I am still waiting for the refund. The service I have received from The Citizen has been completely pathetic
